Law Summarizer is an AI-powered study tool for law students, operated by Deepboot (Carsten), Brielle, the Netherlands. By using this service you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and payment

Law Summarizer offers a free plan and a Pro plan at €9.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Law Summarizer for personal study purposes only. You may not: - Resell or share your account with others - Use the service for commercial legal advice - Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service - Submit content that violates applicable law

5. AI-generated content

The analyses generated by Law Summarizer are produced by AI and are intended for study purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the generated content. Always verify important information with a qualified legal professional.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Law Summarizer available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Deepboot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Law Summarizer. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
